Hello, and thank you so much for checking this out! The folks I'm working with our actually my tenants and have been living at the house I have in Savage for a number of years now but they are military and looking to settle down in this area since they have family close by. 

Ideally, what we would like is a home that has at least four bedrooms and three baths but something that can become that would work as they can add on if needed. Their main focus is just to get some Lake access on a very clean lake or reasonably clean lake where the kids can swim and they can do some water activities like canoeing and ice skating or just walking on the ice.

A budget can go as high as $750,000 for the right home but that all depends on what is being offered and what kind of repairs or updates it needs.  There may be some flexibility on this, but that is the area they would like to stay in. They can go VA or conventional and we also have a rehab program we can use that to Conventional program and very streamlined oh, pretty much identical to conventional financing from the seller side except that we can buy a house as-is and make repairs as needed. It's a local program from an Area Bank that is very unique and very flexible.

If they could assume a VA loan that would be fantastic where they could substitute their VA eligibility for the sellers.

I get that home on Spring Lake or prior might be out of our price range but we would certainly love to at least have the opportunity to consider it and we can be extremely flexible on the closing date and the condition of the home since I basically and their landlord right now and can make their living situation fit the needs of the home seller.

I can do the paperwork for a very reasonable fee oh, honestly I just want to find these folks a decent home because they're a wonderful family and deserve something really nice in this area and they just love this location and having their kids in Prior Lake schools in the Spanish Immersion program.
